Concentrate of whey protein, beef protein amino acids, maltodextrin, fructose, dextrose, whey, reduced-fat cocoa powder, guar gum and xanthan gum (stabilizers), lecithin (emulsifier), flavor, acesulfame-K, and sucralose (sweeteners).

Directions for Use
For Adults: Take 1–3 servings daily depending on your need for carbohydrates and proteins. Dissolve the contents of 1 included scoop (50 g) in a glass of water or low-fat milk and drink. (Alternatively, blend the mixture for 30 seconds using a blender or hand mixer.)
