Ingredients (Grape Flavor):
L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, Malic Acid, Grape Flavor, Instant Black Tea (extract of Camellia sinensis leaf, 4:1), Anhydrous Caffeine, Magnesium Citrate, Thickener: Xanthan Gum, Sweeteners: Sucralose and Acesulfame K, Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Carbonate, Zinc Oxide, Color: Brilliant Black PN, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, and Niacin.

Directions for Use:
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) of powder in 50 ml of water in a shaker bottle. Consume one serving in the morning and one serving 15 minutes before training. If taking the product in the afternoon, ensure that the last dose is at least 6 hours before going to sleep.
